KaloryaMeal is a meal planning web app. It turns your calorie and protein targets into seven days of real high-protein meals, with recipes and one shopping list that matches. It is built for people who want to lose weight, keep it off or build muscle, including those who eat less while taking GLP-1 medication.
How it works
- Enter a few details about your body, activity and goal. KaloryaMeal sets a daily calorie target with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (for children in a family plan, children's energy requirements) and a protein target from your body and goal.
- Get seven days of meals with recipes and quantities, built around those targets.
- Shop with one list that matches the whole week.
Prices
Your first weekly plan costs nothing and needs no card, and a 7-day trial follows. A card or PayPal is required only when you subscribe. Plan costs EUR 9.99 a month or EUR 99.90 a year. Plan + Scan, with unlimited AI Meal Scan, costs EUR 12.99 a month or EUR 129.90 a year. Taxes included where applicable. You can cancel any time.
The family plan covers up to 4 people, each with their own account and meal plan. Family Plan, with everything in Plan, costs EUR 14.99 a month or EUR 149.90 a year. Family Plan + Scan, with unlimited AI Meal Scan for everyone, costs EUR 19.49 a month or EUR 194.90 a year.

KaloryaMeal can be connected to fitness apps and watches (WHOOP and Google Health – Fitbit, Pixel Watch, early access by invitation). An active day or a hard workout raises your calorie and protein target for that day.

Is there a family plan?
Yes. The family plan covers up to 4 people. Everyone has their own account, targets and meal plan. Choose Family Plan (everything in Plan) or Family Plan + Scan (also unlimited AI Meal Scan for everyone). Adults’ plans, weight and health data stay private unless they choose to share them. Children aged 9–17 join on their parents’ invite: parents always see a child’s allergies, and a teenager’s (14–17) plan and weight only after the teenager agrees. Prices are on the Pricing page.
