Ingredients
- 180 g cod fillet
- 150 g roasted potatoes
- 80 g peas
- 5 g butter
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 210 °C (top and bottom heat) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the potatoes into wedges, season with salt and paprika and spread them on the tray.
- Bake the potato wedges in the oven for 30–35 minutes in total, turning them once halfway.
- When the wedges have 15 minutes left, push them to the sides, lay the 180 g cod fillet in the middle, season with salt, pepper and paprika and bake without turning until it flakes easily.
- Meanwhile boil the peas in a small saucepan on the hob with the lid off for 3 minutes, drain and stir in the 5 g butter.
- Serve the cod with the oven-baked wedges and the peas, with a lemon wedge if you like.
